Pop Smoke (Bashar Barakah Jackson), was an American rapper, singer, and songwriter. Born on July 20th, 1999, and died on February 19th, 2020 in Los Angels. Smoke was fatally shot by the 15-year-old suspect.

The teens involved in Pop Smoke’s death were allegedly at his rental to steal his diamond-encrusted Rolex and Cuban-link chain. However. On July 9 2020 the Los Angeles police announced that they had captured five suspects in Pop Smoke’s murder.
