Tanzanian modern Taarab group Jahazi Modern Taarab released “My Valentine,” a classic romantic song led by the legendary Mzee Yusuph, widely known as the King of Modern Taarab.

The song was released in 2011 as the title track of Jahazi Modern Taarab’s successful album My Valentine. It was composed and written by Mzee Yusuph, whose emotional writing and powerful Taarab delivery helped make the song one of the memorable love anthems from the group.
