The situation involving Antony and his former girlfriend, Gabriela Cavallian, seems far from reaching a resolution.

The midfielder for the Red Devils has been accused by three women of physical and sexual assault during his time at Ajax, prior to joining Manchester United. Gabriela Cavallian has released a statement in response to the club’s stance on the current situation involving the player.
“Why did it take United three months? This is simply not acceptable. I find it hard to believe that such a prestigious club, with serious and professional individuals, would conceal a situation of this magnitude. Antony should be removed from the field. It’s disheartening that he continues to play while an investigation is ongoing. I am utterly devastated by this entire process. How can life proceed as usual for him? They cannot possess the knowledge they do now and take no action. He must be suspended. I won’t give up. People must be held accountable, regardless of their profession or fame. If they took action against his teammate, I don’t see why Antony should be treated differently.”
The Brazilian FA has suspended Antony from the national team until the investigations are concluded, while Manchester United is closely monitoring the situation before making a decision. Nevertheless, the player maintains his innocence in response to all the allegations leveled against him.
