The Brazilian footballer appeared on a television program in his home country, where he was asked to clarify the events involving himself and these women. He vehemently asserted his innocence in response to all three accusations, stating that he has never been involved in any form of violence against women.

During his emotional appearance on the Fofocalizando program, the 23-year-old broke down in tears. One of the accusers, his former girlfriend Gabriela Cavallin, claimed to have been assaulted on four separate occasions between June 2022 and May of this year.

Subsequently, it has come to light that two more women, Rayssa de Freitas and Ingrid Lana, have come forward with similar allegations.

Antony recounted the events, saying, “This is what happened: I left training in the morning, picked up my car, and went to the hotel where she was staying. We had lunch together, just like any other day. We talked, and everything seemed normal. However, things took a turn when I mentioned that I needed to leave because I had other commitments. This led to an argument. I was sitting on the bed, and she suddenly grabbed my face. She became very agitated, breaking a cup and a plate. She then came toward me. At that moment, I merely held her to prevent any harm. I did not apply pressure or harm her in any way. I repeatedly told her to calm down.”

When asked about the alleged headbutt, he firmly stated, “No, I did not headbutt her. At no point did I headbutt her.”
