Rwandan gospel ensemble New Life Choir, also known as New Life Choir Siloam, presents “Hoziyana,” a powerful Kinyarwanda gospel worship anthem centered on the biblical meaning of Hosanna and the triumphant entry of Jesus Christ.

Officially released on May 26, 2026, “Hoziyana” is led by Etienne Nshimiye and written by Amonson M. Egide, who also handled the vocal arrangements. The song was recorded and mastered by Ikhrisau, with piano work by Nganji and Peace N Keyz, while the official video was directed by Musinga Rwanda and edited by Eddie Cuts.
The song reflects on how John the Baptist and Jesus were rejected and misunderstood by many, yet those who received revelation recognized Jesus as the One who comes in the name of the Lord. Through its worshipful message, “Hoziyana” celebrates Christ’s authority, His victory, and the blessing of those who make Him their refuge.
