Abahamya ba Yesu Family Choir, a Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) choir from Rwanda, presents “Narabohowe,” a powerful Rwandan gospel song centered on spiritual freedom, salvation, and redemption through Jesus Christ.
RELATED: David Kega – INZIRA
The title “Narabohowe” translates from Kinyarwanda as “I Have Been Set Free.” The song carries a deep testimony of liberation, reflecting on the sacrifice of Jesus as He carried the heavy cross to Calvary to pay for the sins of the world.
Written and composed by HIRWA Vedaste, “Narabohowe” was produced by NDATI Pro, with the official video directed by MOZE Director. Through its moving vocals and faith-filled message, the song reminds believers that salvation is a gift freely given through Christ.
The lyrics speak about finding one’s name written in the hands of Jesus, a powerful image of personal connection, forgiveness, and rest from spiritual burdens. The song also invites others to come to the cross and receive the same freedom, making “Narabohowe” a meaningful worship and testimony song within Rwandan gospel music.
