Kenyan gospel minister Guardian Angel releases “Amekuona,” a soulful Swahili Gospel song carrying a message of hope, divine recognition, and God’s favour over hidden struggles.

Officially released on May 27, 2026, “Amekuona” serves as the opening track from Guardian Angel’s 2026 project, Favour. The song was released under 7 Heaven Music, with exclusive licensing to ONErpm, and forms part of his active mid-2026 gospel rollout alongside songs such as “Kupendwa” and “Protocol Breaker.”
The title “Amekuona” translates from Swahili as “He has seen you.” Through the song, Guardian Angel reminds listeners that God has seen their tears, hard work, silent prayers, and faithfulness, even when people fail to notice their efforts.
Musically, “Amekuona” blends a mellow worshipful tone with smooth R&B-inspired melodies and traditional Swahili gospel arrangements. Its message moves from pain and waiting into a place of favour, encouraging believers that their season of being hidden is ending because God has remembered them.
