Sarah Michael Kitinga, better known as Phina (formerly Saraphina), is a Tanzanian singer and songwriter born in 1996 in Bariadi. She rose to fame through her participation in Bongo Star Search, and has since built a reputation for her smooth voice, emotional delivery, and blending of Bongo Flava with Afro-Pop and R&B influences.

“Kesho Yako” is the second track lifted from her 2025 EP Melanin Therapy. The song is a heartfelt anthem of hope, growth, and the promise of a better tomorrow. Phina uses poetic Swahili lyrics like “Kesho ni kubwa kuliko jana” (tomorrow is greater than yesterday) to inspire listeners to rise above present struggles and believe in brighter days ahead.
