Rapper Nicki Minaj has ignited speculation about her marriage after posting a cryptic tweet saying “yes single” on X (formerly Twitter). The 42-year-old rapper, who married her high school sweetheart Kenneth Petty in 2019, left fans wondering if she was hinting at her relationship status or teasing new music.

This post comes amidst reports that Kenneth Petty has petitioned a court to allow him to leave the U.S. to join Nicki on her European Pink Friday 2 tour, as he remains on probation for failing to register as a sex offender in 2021. Petty, 46, argued that it is crucial for him to accompany Nicki and their three-year-old son on the tour. According to TMZ, his probation officer has not objected to the travel request.
Petty made headlines last September when he received a 120-day house arrest sentence for violating probation after posting aggressive messages towards Migos rapper Offset on social media.
