The board had a pass percentage, the performance of the districts and the names of the toppers. 293847 students were sitting in the Punjab Board 5th examination. Out of this, 292947 students have passed the examination. The test result has been 99.68 percent

This time the performance of all the districts in the 5th grade results has been spectacular. All districts have resulted in more than 99 percent. However, Barnala and Sarhadi district have been at the top of Tarantaran in the result.

Both have resulted in 99.86 percent, while Mohali’s performance has been 99.49. 11188 students were seated in the examination. It has 11131 passes. Mohali has ranked last on the state’s pass percentage list.

Among the students who scored one hundred percentage points, Jaspreet Kaur, student of Government Primary School of District Mansa and Gurnur Singh Dhaliwal, Student of Shri Guru Hargobind Sahib Convent School of Navdeep Kaur Samet Faridkot.

For students who have not been able to pass the exam this time, a supplementary examination will be conducted for two months. The board has clarified that unsuccessful students will be able to enroll in Class VI. Students who pass the compartment exam, their result will be written not promoted and those who will not be able to pass the exam.

Dr. Varindra Bhatia stated that the result was to be announced earlier on 5 April. But this could not happen due to any departmental reasons.

Topper of PSEB 5th ( PSEB 5th Toppers )

Jaspreet Kaur of Government Primary School Rala Kothe District Mansa has topped it by scoring 100 points. Navdeep Kaur of Mansa has also finished second with 100% marks. Shri Guru Hargobind Sahib Kanvant School Gurnoor Singh Dhaliwal of Bhana District Faridkot also finished third with 100 percentage points. The test result of the girls was better than that of the boys. The result of girls is 99.74 per cent and boys 99.65 per cent.

The Punjab Board conducted the fifth grade examination from 27 February to 5 March. During the examination, students were given 15 minutes to read the question paper.
