Simi almost did not make it to her Philadelphia performance due to unanticipated circumstances but the singer is appreciative of her Philadelphia supporters for sticking around despite the airplane delay.

Simi detailed in a lengthy Instagram post how she had to wait for nearly 10 hours at the airport and ended up performing in a hoodie, sweatpants, and sneakers since she abandoned her bags at the airport.
Fortunately for her, she had some makeup in her backpack. However, she also expressed her thankfulness to God for making it all possible.
She wrote:
It’s like something extraordinary happens to me in every city and Philly takes the cake ?? So my flight was delayed. I sat in the airport almost 10 hrs and my Army waited for me. THEY WAITED FOR MEEEE!!! I was already so damn late and so I left my bags at the airport ?
All I had was the clothes on my back…clothes I’d been traveling in all day. Luckily (or whateverily) I had put some make up on on the plane lol.
