National teams around the world have enjoyed unbeaten streaks in recent years but only a few have enjoyed very long unbeaten streaks.

What is an unbeaten Streak?
This is a situation where a football club or when a country goes on a very long time without having to experience any form of defeat.

The Desert foxes enjoyed a remarkable unbeaten run that span for four years which started from 2018 to 2022, during that period they won the Africa Cup of Nations beating the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the finals.

The South American football powerhouse is currently on a fantastic unbeaten run across all competitions which ranges from World Cup qualifiers to friendly games. The team which is led by Lionel Messi started its run in 2019 till date. They won Copa America during this fantastic run of games.

The winners of the 2010 FIFA World Cup which was hosted in South Africa also enjoyed a long unbeaten streak during their dominance in Europe and World football. The run lasted for two years which was from 2007-2009.

The Samba boys have been tagged as the favorites to win the 2022 FIFA World Cup which will be hosted in Qatar. The team enjoyed an unbeaten run that lasted for three years from 1993-1996, they won the 1994 World Cup which was hosted by the United States of America during that run.
(1) Italy: (37)
The reigning Champions of the European Championship enjoyed an amazing unbeaten streak also for three years, the same number as the Brazilians. However, the Italians were Champions of the Euro 2020 competition but failed to qualify for the World Cup.
