A music star from Nigeria, Inetimi Timaya Odon, famously known as Timaya, has been arrested following the accusation from an Instagram user @whyte_26 that he hit her sister with a car and drove off.

Through her Instagram @whyte_26 posted a video of her sister in a hospital bed bleeding from her face and a wound in her leg, she wrote:
“She is in the hospital now in serious pain, and the funniest part is me messaging him to do the needful, but this wicked fellow blocked me after reading my messages.”
The founder of DM records Limited, Timaya didn’t respond to the accusation but tweeted “Me no get bad mind for Nobody”. A video is trending showing Timaya explaining himself to the police when they came to arrest him at his place.
