Nigerian afro-pop legend Wande Coal (born Oluwatobi Wande Ojosipe) teams up with Nigerian rap icon Olamide Gbenga Adedeji for their energetic joint single, “Kpe Paso.”
RELATED; Fireboy DML – Everyday
The track appears on Wande Coal’s studio album Legend or No Legend, released in 2023, and is produced by Kel-P. Both artists use the song to celebrate lavish lifestyles, bold confidence and the high-life that comes with success in the Nigerian music scene.
In “Kpe Paso,” they flex about spending without worry — treating money as something to move fast with, enjoying the nightlife, flashing signs of success and commanding attention. The title phrase “Kpe Paso” (short for “Kin pe Paso”) is a nod to calling up a celebrated Fuji musician (Pasuma Wasiu Alabi Odetola, aka “Paso”) as part of the celebration.
