Oxlade (born Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman on 22 April 1997 in Surulere, Lagos State, Nigeria) is a singer and songwriter who has become one of the most exciting voices in contemporary Afrobeats and Afro-fusion.

“Katigori” is a bold, aspirational anthem. “Katigori” was released as part of a two-track pack (with “Piano”) on 17 November 2023. Produced by Timmy, the song was written some three years prior, when Oxlade had gained recognition but not the level of success he now enjoys.
