Lyrically, “2Daddy (feat. Limoblaze)” is a song of deep gratitude and worship. Dena Mwana and Limoblaze reflect on how God lifts them “from the mud” (la boue), gives strength, guidance, and assurance. They contrast their past struggles (obstacles, challenges, mountains) with God’s faithfulness, declaring confidence and love.
Musically, the track blends Afro-beat and gospel influences, with multiple languages woven through: French, Lingala, and English. Limoblaze brings his signature style to compliment Dena Mwana’s worshipful delivery. The production by Tbabz delivers energetic yet heartfelt moments that build from vulnerability into celebration. The song is part of her 2Daddy EP released in 2024 by Happy People Africa.

de la boue tu me relève et c’est toi qui fais ma force
tu me tiens la main et c’est le gage de mon assurance
les défis, les obstacles, les montagnes
rien ne te résiste
how should i render to daddy, to daddy
he’s been so good to me, he’s been so good to me
