Alex Kasau Katombi, famously known as Katombi, is a celebrated Kamba benga musician and the dynamic leader of the band Nguuni Lovers. Born on April 19, 1983, Katombi’s journey in music began in 2000 with the Kisasi Stars band in Mombasa. His passion and talent soon led him to Nairobi, where he established his own band in 2006, carving out a unique space in Kenya’s music scene.
