Werrason is a Congolese soukous and rumba singer born Noël Ngiama Makanda on December 25, 1965. He is from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and began his career as a co-founder of the legendary group Wenge Musica, before launching his solo career with early hits like “Kibuisa Mpimpa” and “Alerte Générale”. Over time, he has become celebrated as one of the biggest icons of Congolese music, known as “the King of Forest.”
