Tamasha Beats is a Kenyan music band based in Nairobi, renowned for their distinctive Neo-Afro Folk style. Initially founded as an all-male A Capella (vocal) band in 2008 by Odek Ochung’, Justin Mirichii, and Maurice Anguka.

“Rungu Rwa Ihiga” is one of Tamasha Beats’ well-known songs, deeply rooted in Kenyan folk tradition. The title is in Kikuyu, a widely spoken language in Kenya, and translates to “The Stone’s Club” or “Club of the Rock.”
