Tanzanian hip hop legend and former Mikumi MP, Professor Jay (Joseph Haule), makes a powerful comeback with the official 2025 release of his new single, “Ebenezer.” This emotionally charged track features top East African talents — Uganda’s Afrobeat superstar Jose Chameleone (Joseph Mayanja) and Bongo Flava veteran Q Chief (Aboubakary Shaaban Katwila), also known as Q Chillah or Savimbi.

“Ebenezer“ is a heartfelt musical collaboration that blends hip hop, Afrobeat, and Bongo Flava, showcasing each artist’s unique sound and lyrical depth. Jose Chameleone brings his signature multilingual vocals in Luganda, English, and Swahili, while Q Chief delivers his timeless, soulful voice that has defined an era of East African music.
The music video was shot on location in Dar es Salaam, directed by Traveller from Kwetu Studios, and the audio was produced by Bin Laden of Tongwe Records — a team known for high-quality East African productions.
