The three-week #16BarsforPeace hip-hop campaign targeting Kenyan youth on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter has announced its top three winners and released a peace anthem, Mbekse.

“Mbekse,” a Sheng slang that translates to “two,” symbolizes peace, represented visually by two fingers in the sky. The campaign culminated in a competition, with Ramsizo emerging as one of the winners and getting featured in the music video. This collaborative effort underscores the artists’ commitment to using their platform and talents to foster peace and unity within their community​​​​.
