Brown, who faced initial charges in October, is accused of the first-degree murder of his 73-year-old mother in September in Maywood, Illinois, followed by the alleged concealment of her body near a creek behind her home. Following the incident, authorities reported that Brown fled to Mexico, where he was seen partying at a club in Tulum, seemingly untroubled by the situation. He was later extradited back to the United States, arrested, and brought to Illinois to face the charges.
Currently held in custody without bail, Brown is scheduled for another court hearing next month as the case continues to unfold.
