Tanzanian rapper and singer Rosa Ree (born Rosary Robert Iwole) hails from Moshi and rose through the East African music scene. She links up with Ugandan rapper-songwriter Fik Fameica for a bold new single titled “Acha Ungese.”

In addition, the track is a standalone single released in 2019 under which the duo bring together Tanzanian and Ugandan hip hop/Afro-pop energy to deliver something dynamic for the club and street.
Moreover, Rosa Ree continues to cement her place as one of Tanzania’s powerful female voices in hip-hop/afro-fusion, while Fik Fameica adds his energetic Ugandan verse, giving the collaboration cross-border appeal.
The song explores themes of ambition, hustle and asserting one’s status — the lyrics challenge detractors (“if me I don’t get it, me I take by force”) and celebrate rising from nothing to something.
