TSHWANE GOSPEL CHOIR
Tshwane Gospel Choir, also known as TGC, is an award-winning South African gospel ensemble based in Pretoria. Founded in 2009 by Bheki Langa, the choir is known for its powerful blend of contemporary gospel, indigenous African sounds, vibrant dance, and multilingual worship in languages such as Zulu, Xhosa, Sesotho, Setswana, Sepedi, and English. Tshwane Gospel Choir is known for songs such as “Imiqhele,” “Pela Tulo,” “Moya Waka,” “This Is My Story,” and “Linda” featuring Naledi Aphiwe and Zakwe. With multiple Crown Gospel Awards, SAMA nominations, and projects like Modimo Wa Mehlolo, The Promised Revival, and Harmony of Prayers, Pt. 1 (Live), TGC remains one of South Africa’s leading gospel choirs.
