Translated as “That Is Where I Have Fixed My Heart,” the song centers on heavenly citizenship, divine reassurance, and unwavering faith. Its message reflects the believer’s desire to remain focused on God and the eternal home promised through faith. The composition also emphasizes the comforting relationship between God and His children, particularly during seasons when circumstances appear uncertain.
Led by Sandrine, the song features a rich live arrangement that combines layered choral vocals with dual acoustic pianos and vibrant drum fills. The uplifting tempo gives the performance a hopeful atmosphere rather than the solemn character of a traditional hymn. The arrangement allows the choir’s harmonies to rise naturally while keeping the devotional message at the center.
The song was written by Prosper and Fiston, with Ndaje Music handling the audio production and recording by Cedric, with sound by Mugisha. Director Musinga led the visual production, with editing by Eddy Cuts, while the video was filmed in Ndera. The clean visual presentation complements the choir’s powerful harmonies and reinforces the song’s message of hope and spiritual direction.
