“Tiro Ry’Inka” centers on a unique and deeply affectionate love story built around admiration, beauty, and devotion. The title draws on the cultural symbolism of cows (inka), which have historically represented wealth, prosperity, beauty, and social honor in Burundi. Through this imagery, Berry Music presents his lover as someone of exceptional value while expressing a heartfelt desire for genuine emotional connection.
Musically, the song combines modern Afrosounds with localized Burundian melodies. The rhythmic production by Kolly Da Magic creates an infectious groove that gives the track a natural dance-floor appeal without losing its warm romantic character. Berry Music’s delivery complements the arrangement by maintaining the intimate storytelling at the heart of the song.
The official music video, also directed by Kolly Da Magic, adds a cinematic dimension to the cultural narrative. Its visual approach reinforces the song’s celebration of romance while connecting contemporary African aesthetics with elements of Burundian heritage. John Elarts, also known as The Prince 016, handled the video coloring to enhance the overall visual presentation.
Released through SPE Entertainment, “Tiro Ry’Inka” stands as both a love song and a celebration of cultural identity. Berry Music uses traditional imagery to express the extraordinary value he places on the person he loves. With its infectious rhythm, romantic message, and East African cultural influence, the track offers a distinctive Afro-pop experience.
