The song was released under Omega K Productions, with Omega Khunou leading the vocals, musical direction, and live worship flow. Apostle David Grace serves as the principal composer and lyricist, shaping the spiritual message behind the song. Its live recording was captured before a congregation during a special worship event in Mafikeng.
“Galalela” is built around a message of divine praise, surrender, and recognition of God’s authority and presence. The Setswana delivery gives the worship experience a distinctly South African character while maintaining a universal spiritual appeal. The song functions as a declarative invitation for listeners to enter into deeper worship and gratitude.
Musically, the live arrangement combines layered keyboards from Breezy Mota and Tumelo Mangedlana with bass by Gabriel Atabe. Dynamic drums from Emmanuel Manyo, together with the soaring multi-part backing choir, give the performance its rich live-worship character. Omega Khunou’s lead vocals guide the arrangement through an expressive and immersive gospel atmosphere.
The live single is available across major digital platforms, including Spotify, Deezer, and Apple Music, giving listeners worldwide access to the worship experience. The accompanying official live music video further captures the atmosphere of the Mafikeng recording and extends the song’s ministry reach. “Galalela” stands as a strong introduction to Omega Khunou’s Let There Be Light (Live) worship project.
