The track speaks to people who continue to work, sacrifice, struggle, and push for a better life despite not seeing the results they have been hoping for. It captures that difficult moment when someone keeps asking God when their breakthrough and blessings will finally come.
With Chef 187 joining HD Empire, “Nilisa” turns that struggle into a relatable motivational record built around perseverance, faith, patience, and the hope that hard work will eventually bring better days.
The song was written by Paul Sakahudu and Christopher Mwango Jr, with Sam Kapita handling the audio production. The official music video was directed by Dir. Brown, while Mr Binary is credited with management.
