“Mwizi” is a new song by rising Tanzanian record producer, singer, and performer Click Master, whose real name is Frank Joseph.
RELATED: Click Master – Mshamba
Originally known for his work behind the scenes as a music producer, Click Master has steadily developed into a recording artist in his own right, introducing listeners to a distinctive musical approach he calls Afrocombo.
The style blends African rhythms, contemporary Bongo Flava influences, energetic production, and street-inspired sounds that connect strongly with East African youth culture.
On “Mwizi,” Click Master addresses someone attempting to interfere with his romantic relationship. Rather than backing down, he delivers a playful but firm warning, using references to martial arts such as taichi, karate, and kung fu to emphasize how prepared he is to protect what belongs to him.
The catchy phrase “Mwizi wa wapenzi” gives the song its central identity, portraying the rival as a “thief of lovers” who should look elsewhere instead of trying to take his partner.
Following releases including “Mshamba,” “Nilipe,” and “Ngedere,” “Mwizi” further showcases Click Master’s transition from producer to performer while strengthening the Afrocombo sound he is building around his music.

“Nimejifunza taichi, nimejifunza karate
Nimejifunza kung fu yote sababu yake
