Kenyan hip-hop artist Virusi Mbaya teams up with Metro Stunna on “THUGSOME,” a hard-hitting Swahili Hip-Hop / Underground Boom-Bap / Street Rap collaboration that dives into the realities of urban survival, neighborhood politics, and the psychological pressures of navigating Nairobi’s alternative rap scene.

Originally released in late 2025, “THUGSOME” later became a central track on Virusi Mbaya’s Matenjagwo studio album in August 2026. The track was produced by Elheffe Jakom and distributed through 2109087 Records DK / DistroKid. Visual production was handled by Virusi Mbaya’s visual team alongside Pixel Bros.
