Rwandan recording artist and producer Prince Kelly delivers a smooth Afro-Pop / R&B love song with “Kipenzi,” a romantic Swahili and Kinyarwanda composition built around affection, loyalty, and deep devotion to a loved one.

Released on July 7, 2026, the song blends contemporary Afro-pop rhythms with classic East African R&B melodies, creating a warm and melodic sound that fits romantic playlists, relaxed listening, and intimate moments.
Prince Kelly wrote and composed the song himself, while Pacento handled the main production at Acapella Records, assisted by Li John. Prince Kelly also personally handled the mixing and mastering, giving the release a strong personal creative imprint.
Lyrically, “Kipenzi,” meaning “Beloved,” is a straightforward declaration of romantic commitment. Moving between Swahili and Kinyarwanda, the song celebrates emotional connection, loyalty, and the special place occupied by a loved one.
The visual presentation was directed by AB Godwin, with fashion styling by Biob Designer and makeup aesthetics handled by Lily, adding a polished contemporary look to the romantic concept.
