South African/Lesotho hip-hop artist Litshepe Lr teams up with Khuthuza on “Natala,” an energetic Sotho Hip-Hop / Amapiano fusion track blending regional storytelling with contemporary African club sounds.

Officially released on August 7, 2026, “Natala” serves as the opening track on Litshepe Lr’s five-track EP, Maja – Samo. The song was produced by Shev Shengu and Inkosi KaVoiceMail and released under CRYSTL Group.
The song centers on movement, migration, and stepping into new beginnings. Its storytelling references travelling toward Natal and crossing the Mohokare (Caledon) River, a major geographical boundary between Lesotho and South Africa.
Musically, Litshepe Lr delivers rapid-fire Sesotho rap over hard-hitting hip-hop production and Amapiano-inspired basslines, while Khuthuza adds an energetic vocal performance influenced by Maskandi and Afro-pop. The combination gives the track a strong regional identity while keeping its sound modern and dance-ready.
