Rising Rwandan songstress Zuba Ray has released a brand new single titled “Basara,” a smooth contemporary Afro-sounds track released under Kina Music.

“Basara” was written and produced by I.K. Clement, with Mamba serving as assistant producer and Kina Music as executive producer. The song also features guitars by Hirwa Jules and bass guitar by Ishimwe Etienne, giving the track a warm and melodic live feel.
Musically, “Basara” blends soft Afropop with a smooth Kompa-inspired rhythm, creating a romantic sound built around affection and emotional connection. Zuba Ray delivers the song with gentle vocals, keeping the mood calm, expressive, and easy to connect with.
