Nigerian gospel minister Kent Edunjobi has released a powerful live worship single titled “Jesu Jesu” featuring Anuoluwapo Akinbulejo, Yewande Babalola, and Ayomide Dada. Recorded live at The Light Concert 2026, the song delivers a vibrant blend of Contemporary Afro-Gospel and spontaneous worship.

Officially released on July 10, 2026, the live recording was executive produced by ID Cabasa and co-produced by Mr Wols (Adewole Adesanya). The song was written by Kent Edunjobi, ID Cabasa, Joseph Erinle, and Bami Guitar, bringing together experienced voices in Nigerian gospel music.
At its heart, “Jesu Jesu” is a declaration of the power, authority, and victory found in the name of Jesus Christ. The worship session gradually builds from a reflective atmosphere into a joyful expression of praise, proclaiming Jesus as the First Begotten, King of Kings, Prince of Peace, and Son of God.
The live arrangement combines rich keyboard melodies with traditional Yoruba percussion, including talking drums and Bata instrumentation, creating a dynamic worship experience that celebrates both faith and cultural heritage.
