The official video premiered on June 12, 2026, through YouTube and was also promoted across social media platforms including Instagram. The song was released under The African Princess Label and distributed by Ziiki Media, with audio production handled by Kimambo Beats.
“Hate That I Love You” explores the emotional struggle of loving someone who also causes pain. In the video, Nandy brings this feeling to life through visuals that reflect heartbreak, confusion, attachment, and the difficult tug-of-war between love and emotional hurt.
