Award-winning Zimbabwean recording artist Ti Gonzi has released a brand new single titled “Jeri,” a hard-hitting hip-hop storytelling track that blends compelling lyricism with cinematic production, delivering a powerful narrative inspired by real-life struggles and personal experiences.

Officially released on June 12, 2026, “Jeri” arrived alongside its official Music Film music video, further elevating the song’s visual storytelling. The track was musically produced by Eliq Beats, while the audio was mixed and mastered by Ti Gonzi himself, with the visuals directed by Walle Visuals (Walle Timber) under the HHYG copyright banner.
The title “Jeri,” which translates to “Prison” in English, explores themes of hardship, consequences, perseverance, and the realities of life.
