Kenyan Adventist gospel group The Messengers Ministers presents “Muongo Mmoja,” a commemorative gospel audio release celebrating their journey of ministry, service, and God’s faithfulness.

Officially released on June 5, 2026, “Muongo Mmoja” translates from Swahili as “One Decade.” The song was composed to mark the group’s 10th anniversary in ministry, giving thanks to God for His grace, love, protection, and guidance throughout the years.
The song draws inspiration from 1 Samuel 7:12, which declares “Thus far the Lord has helped us,” and Zechariah 4:6, reminding believers that true victory comes not by might or power, but by the Spirit of God. Through this message, The Messengers Ministers turn “Muongo Mmoja” into a prayer of gratitude and remembrance.
The release was also connected to the group’s Hodaya musical experience, which culminated in a special celebration at Crater SDA Church in Nakuru, Kenya, on June 7, 2026. With its reflective worship tone and anniversary message, “Muongo Mmoja” stands as a testimony of God’s help over the past decade.
