Malawian singer Teddy Makadi, also known as Teddy Maliza, has released a brand new single titled “Unene,” featuring Malawian dancehall heavyweight Malinga Mafia.

Officially released on June 25, 2026, “Unene” is an Afro-Pop / Dancehall fusion track produced, mixed, and mastered by Melma. The song brings together Teddy Makadi’s smooth melodic style and Malinga Mafia’s energetic dancehall presence.
The release was highly anticipated after teaser drops and the official video debut earlier in the week. The video was directed by SeanyFilms and produced by Colorist Films, adding a strong visual push to the song’s rollout.
