Zimbabwean music star Freeman HKD, whose real name is Emegy Chizanga, has released a brand new single titled “Wakaurakasha,” featuring rising artist Xiba. The song is an emotional Afrobeat / Zimdancehall track about heartbreak, betrayal, and losing trust in love.

Officially released on June 25, 2026, “Wakaurakasha” marks Freeman HKD’s first official release of the year. The song was written by Emegy Chizanga, produced by Ghost Magician, and mixed and mastered by Rayo Beats.
The Shona title “Wakaurakasha” translates to “You completely obliterated my heart.” Through the song, Freeman HKD and Xiba express the pain of being hurt by someone they trusted, especially in a relationship marked by unfaithfulness and disappointment.
The music video, directed by Taurai Zidya and produced by Pikichayedu Films, adds a cinematic feel to the story as both artists reflect on love, loyalty, and emotional damage.
