Tanzanian music legend Ferooz, whose real name is Feruzi Mrisho Rehani, returns with a brand-new Bongo Flava audio single titled “Msobe Msobe.”

Officially released on June 15, 2026, “Msobe Msobe” marks another important release from one of the veteran voices who helped shape the early era of Tanzanian Bongo Flava. The track carries a classic Bongo Flava feel, blending melodic storytelling with modern Tanzanian rhythms.
Ferooz is widely remembered as a former member of Daz Nundaz, one of the influential groups in Tanzania’s music history. He is also known for timeless hits such as “Starehe” and “Kamanda,” songs that made him one of the standout names of the early 2000s.
His solo debut album Safari, released in 2004, remains one of the memorable projects in Bongo Flava history. Through “Msobe Msobe,” Ferooz continues to show his lasting influence, reconnecting longtime fans with the sound and storytelling that made him a respected figure in Tanzanian music.
