Ugandan rapper Feffe Bussi, also known as Mukiiza Frank, teams up with Western Uganda vocalist Ray G, whose real name is Reagan Muhairwe, on a brand new single titled “Noteera (Okuba).” The song is a smooth love anthem blending Afro-rap, Runyankole R&B, and modern Ugandan Fusion.

Officially released on June 21, 2026, “Noteera (Okuba)” was produced by Nessim Pan Production, with the official video directed by Director Elly V. Mugisa. The track brings together two strong musical worlds, combining Feffe Bussi’s sharp Luganda rap style with Ray G’s soulful and emotional vocal delivery.
