Officially released on May 29, 2026, the medley was performed at The Art Farm in Harare on May 16, 2026 as part of the RiA26: Roots and Rhythm festival. The performance combines Hymn 238, “Ngobani Labo,” and Hymn 47, “Ndinomira pa Jordani,” from the Adventist hymn book.
Musically, “Ngobani Labo / Ndinomira pa Jordani” transforms traditional hymns into a vibrant Sebene-style worship experience, blending rich vocal harmonies with energetic live instrumentation, including strong bass and keyboard work. The arrangement reflects The Redeemed Family’s praise identity, often described as “The Trident of Praise.”
The hymn “Ngobani Labo” carries a Zulu / Ndebele expression often understood as “Who are those?” while “Ndinomira pa Jordani” means “I stand by the Jordan” in Shona. Together, the medley points to redemption, victory, and the believer’s hope of crossing into the promised eternal home.
With Prosper Tendere’s emotive lead vocals and the group’s powerful live energy, this medley becomes a triumphant worship moment celebrating faith, hope, and the joy of the redeemed.
