Zambian artist Kayz Adams teams up with Zimbabwean artist Madedido on “Ghetto Child,” a new cross-border anthem made for the streets and the youths pushing through life from the ghetto.

The song premiered on May 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM, bringing together Zambia and Zimbabwe in one powerful collaboration. “Ghetto Child” was produced by Chillspot (Fantan Dweet), with mixing and mastering by Mr President from Chillspot. The release was powered by H.E Ambassador Chidziwa, with production supervision by Mr Zim Fit.
Kayz Adams continues to represent Zambia’s new wave of artists, while Madedido brings in Zimbabwean street energy and flavor. Their collaboration gives the song a strong Southern African feel, connecting two music cultures through one shared message.
“Ghetto Child” speaks for young people from the streets who are trying to rise, survive, and make something better out of life. It carries a message of struggle, pride, and hope for every ghetto youth who refuses to give up.
