Mbwana Yusuph Kilungi, widely known as Mbosso or Mbosso Khan, was born on October 3, 1995, in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. A celebrated singer-songwriter and instrumentalist, Mbosso is renowned for his soulful voice and deeply emotive storytelling. He first gained fame as a member of the award-winning Yamoto Band (2012–2017), a group that played a key role in shaping the sound of modern Bongo Flava with their chart-topping hits.
