Kenyan artist Bahati presents Love Like This, a celebrated studio album that marked one of the biggest transitions in his music career, moving from his early gospel roots into a wider sound of Afropop, dance, Amapiano, and romantic East African love songs.

Officially released on June 28, 2021, Love Like This is a 10-track album released through EMB Records. The project runs for approximately 31 minutes and features major collaborations with artists from across East Africa, including Rayvanny, Nadia Mukami, Lydia Jazmine, Sat-B, and Jovial.
The album is built around love, relationships, emotional reflection, and Bahati’s personal growth as an artist. Songs such as “Kiss” featuring Rayvanny, “Pete Yangu” featuring Nadia Mukami, “Julie” featuring Lydia Jazmine, “Sweet Darling” featuring Sat-B, and “Size Yangu” featuring Jovial helped give the project a strong pan-African identity.
Before the album’s full release, Bahati attracted major attention with “Fikra Za Bahati,” a raw rap track where he addressed industry conversations, rumors, and personal reflections. The project was later launched in a highly publicized red carpet event in Nairobi, alongside his wife Diana Marua.
